What is the difference between carpet shampoo and carpet cleaning prespray?
Largely, the difference between the two lies in how it is used. Carpet shampoo/carpet cleaning solution is designed to be used in the tank of a steam cleaning machine/truck mount when carpet cleaningy. A prespray is designed to be sprayed on the carpet before it is steam cleaned. Ensuring there is dwell time for the prespray by giving some time for it to emulsify the dirt is recommended.
