How to use ear plugs
Make sure to pinch the ear plugs, rolling it in your finger tips, with the tip being the smallest point. This will help the ear plug be inserted a sufficient depth. With your opposite arm, reach over your head to your ear and pull your ear to open your ear canal. Insert the pinched ear plug and hold it there until the ear plug expands in your ear, covering the canal completely. This will help provide you with the most efficient fit. If you cup your hands over your ears and it sounds significantly more muffled, this may mean your fit is not good enough. If this is the case, remove the ear plug and try again.
