Industrial dessicant dehumidifiers
Agile equipment offers hiring of large industrial desiccant dehumidifiers, used for large jobs that require dehumidification. Advantages of desiccant dehumidification are that it can operate in much lower temperature ranges, and is suited for jobs where it may be exposed to outside elements. While low grain refrigerants are often more convenient and prominent, dessicant dehumidifiers can be more effective.

Types of dehumidifier
There are two types of dehumidifiers: low grain refrigerants (LGR) dehumidifiers and dessicant dehumidifiers. LGR dehumidifiers take in air and cool it too dew point, collecting the water and pushing it out a tube that usually will be placed in a drain. Dessicant dehumidifiers take in air and push it through a desiccant to draw out water. Once the water is drawn out, hot air pushed through the dessicant to collect the moisture and exhausted out. Dessicant dehumidifiers can reduce relative humidity down to 0% whilst LGR dehumidifiers lose effectiveness after 20% dehumidification. This makes dessicants perfect for pulling out bound water in certain materials that LGRs cannot reach. Additionally, dessicant dehumidifiers can operate at colder tempratures.
