Air purifier & air scrubber: What’s the difference?

Air purifiers and air scrubbers do the same job. Some models may vary with their means of cleaning the air, but these terms do no belong to any special means of cleaning. Both are usually HEPA filtration devices (HFD). The difference lies in how the products are designed and who they are targeted for. Air purifiers are usually targeted towards the home consumer and generally performs in quieter ranges at the cost of performance, with sleeker designs. Air scrubbers are considered the commercial hepa filtration devices, with tougher casings, simple controls and designed to operate for long periods of time for small to large spaces. Agile equipment sells both kinds, and we offer hire for air scrubbers. We recommend the 500CFM models for residential buildings or indoor settings. Agile equipment offers the hiring of air scrubbers to help you maintain your indoor air quality. These units are especially effective for silica dust control, hazardous dusts, mould, medical cleans etc. We offer 7 day rentals at the price of 4 days. Air purifier for smoke / smoke filter

Our air scrubbers can help rid the air of smoke particles, effectively. If, however your concern goes beyond heath concerns to concerns of odour, our air scrubbers can be used in combination with activated carbon filters which drastically help with the odour removal.
