Barrier Door / Dust Protection – Hands Free Containment Door
Introducing Zip Wal’s Magnetic Dust Barrier Door Kit! This is a convenient kit that helps you create an easy to access hands-free doorway which does not require zipping down or up. Simply walk through to unlatch the magnetic seal. It automatically shuts close behind you due to its magnets. This kit works with any with the regular 3m poles as well as the super-tall 6m Zip Wall poles. This door is effectively sealed on the sides and top, and creates a very convenient doorway.  Because of this, the doorway is a perfect convenient solution that keeps the integrity of the containment barrier and is ideal for high-dust hazardous environments such as workplaces with silica dust, asbestos, mould and more. This especially useful in high-traffic areas.
To install, simply attach the header bar in between two Zipwall poles using the included clips. Ensure the Door panel is attached before doing so and tuck the excess door sheet under the pole. Next, install the magnetic strips around the outline of the door to create a tight seal. Lastly, open up the door and cut a line down the middle of the door way. Simple cut out the rest of the door way and the door is ready to be used. Walking through the door is simple as applying pressure to the entrance and walking through. The door should seal closed behind you because of its sewn-in magnets along both tips of the doorway. The door dimensions are 1.46m x 2.13m
