Sealed Dust Barrier – Foam Rails
Introducing Zip Walls intermediate Zip Wall Complete Seal Pack, which includes 6 zip wall poles and everything you need to create a completely sealed containment wall / dust barrier. This pack includes 6 Zip Wall Poles, 4 foam rails with clips. These foam rails in combination with side clamps help apply gentle by very firm pressure evenly across 1.5m of width, along the sides of your containment wall. The side clamps achieve this by anchoring it self against the Zip Wall pole and applying pressure to the foam rail. This helps seal close up the gaps that could be made by the dust barrier along the sides and ceiling, creating an effective seal. The Zip Wall poles are spring loaded, twist-activated telescoping poles which can reach up to 3.8m in height and can contour to any angle of the ceiling and apply pressure evenly, keeping the containment sheeting in place. These poles are effective at creating tight barrier along its length and are crucial in mitigating cross-contamination.

Additionally, this kit also includes a 10m roll of 4m containment sheeting. The height of this containment sheeting (when unfolded from a 0.8m wide roll) can easily reach the height of 1 storey room, and even those with elevated ceilings. Zip Wall Self Adhesive Zippers are also included, so that you can quickly create entries/exits into your containment wall. Anti slip disks and a carry bag also are included for your convenience.
